U.S. OPEN

Our first week of summer began with a jaunt to the U.S. Open! Monday, June 16th was a playoff between Tiger Woods and Rocco Mediate. Jason was able to get my family and I tickets to watch an amazing round of golf! It was so fun to be up close and personal to Tiger. At one point, he had to take a "potty break" in his own private port-a-potty. We were lucky enough to be RIGHT THERE for his pit stop! (Ha, ha, ha) Can you even imagine the stage fright? Their was a couple hundred people surrounding him yelling "Tiger!" as he tried to "do his thing". I also was able to have one of the best views for some of his putts. Jas threw me up on his shoulders and I tried my best to relay play by play to the surrounding crowd what was happening. It was awesome. I have a better appreciation for golf after this experience. Thanks Jas for sacrificing your shoulders for my better view! By the way, Tiger won the game in Sudden Death.
Unfortunately, cell phones and cameras were not allowed into the tournament, hence the dictation of events!
