The fourth of July weekend was a fun filled, busy weekend. It started on the 3rd with a camp out in the Gharring's backyard. We roasted hot dogs for dinner and had smore's for dessert. We watched "Little Rascals" on a large movie screen. We had our own personal "Pechanga" style fireworks show. Then we all attempted to sleep in our tents... I think Jaida was up till at least 2 a.m. trying to rip off her pull-up! Then a few of us went to IHOP for breakfast.On the 4th we caught up on sleep. Then we met up with the Downs family for the pool and a BBQ at Grandma and Grandpa's. That night we tried a new location for fireworks. Very disappointing... we'll be back to the "old" spot next year. We missed the grass, the music and the friends!
On Saturday the 5th, Raegan and Kylee both had play dates. We went to the pool and had McDonald's ice cream cones. Jas went golfing and then to UFC. Grandpa watched the girls that evening so mom and I could go see a movie at the discount theatre. He's such a great grandpa! He took the girls to see another display of fireworks.

What a fun weekend! You probably would've enjoyed sleeping in your tent a little more if you had your FABULOUS aero bed that you loaned me for the weekend. So sorry! We slept great on it, though :)
What a great shot of the sparkler! Mine usually turn out like a big bright blur. And I'm so jealous you can hop over to the beach any time. I must say that is the one thing I miss the most. Anyway, great pictures...we miss ya!
