Just another summer day at the beach! Lue and I decided to take the kids to Buckaneer beach and have Matt and Jason meet up with us after work. After a grueling two hour adventure trying to get ourselves to our destination (Albertson's for snacks/ice, gas, McDonald's Mr. Pibb, potty stop at a random gas station for IBS purposes and a couple wrong turns) we finally made it there!
We all thought it would be fun to take a dip. The water was perfect for such a hot day.

Corinne, Matt, Jason and I all practiced our surfing skills. Corinne is really getting the hang of it and did such a great job.

And when they got cold they played in the sand.
We watched a beautiful sunset.
We had such a great time in the water, playing a couple great games of smashball, reading, talking, eating and just having an awesome time. It was well worth the drive!
