Jason, the girls and I went to the bay area and visited the 'ol stomping grounds. We stayed with Trevor, Mel and their kidlets the first two nights. It was good to catch up with family and friends. One of the days we were there we decided to go to a community water park... but when we got there, the water was all turned off!
It was the cutest park with playgrounds, rock climbing wall and water spouts that spray everywhere. The best part about it is that it's FREE! 
It was 103 degrees that day, so although the water spouts were turned off, it did not slow the kids down one bit! They found they could get plenty wet from the water fountain!
They filled their cups and water bottles and began drenching themselves and eachother!
They soaked their shirts...
They soaked their shorts...
They soaked their hair...
And when they were done... they complained that they were wet! Oh well!
It was fun to see my friend, Marie. Her adorable son, Samuel, had burned his hand Labor Day weekend and was all bandaged up. So sad!
Ofcourse my crazy girls had to attempt the rock climbing portion of the park!
I love you guys and miss you guys! It was so fun to get away and take our minds off of all the stresses life can bring!
