You know your old when you pull your quad during warm ups.
J and I played soccer last week, and during the first five minutes, I injured myself! Unreal. That's what I get for not stretching. It didn't stop me though... I hesitantly continued to run/limp/play. I also didn't wear my knee brace... hence, the ice packs on two separate sections of my leg. It's amazing what a little "Icy Hot" and cold compressions will do! I felt almost back to normal the next day!
Hopefully next Tuesday will go a little better!
P.S. Aren't the sweaty armpits hot?!?!

i am totally laughing about your pits. sorry you got hurt but i am so jealous you are playing soccer. i hope i can find a team up here. good luck next week!
