I started a new tradition last year
thanks to my friend Mel
and get the girls portrait taken to add as decoration around the house
on Halloween!
because my girls always want to be something cute with a twist... like a dead cheerleader, dead bride, dead soccer player-
Raegan was a Gypsy, Kye was a genie, Jaida was a kitty and Macy was a fairy.
"Miss Jeni said it's okay..." She kept saying as she tried to calm me down.
I was definitely more traumatized than my four year old!
Then Jaida had her Preschool Halloween Party! They had the cutest parade and performance. I had forgotten to purchase black shoes for her outfit so I sent her in tap shoes. It was hilarious! She was slipping and sliding all over Miss Michelle's tile floor.
I certainly do not have it together yet... post baby!
She was so animated in her performance.
Wish she hadn't broken the camcorder...
for their traditional family part-ay!
We had pizza, salad, chips 'n dip and soda!
Yummy!
Yummy!
We stayed in the Hughes' neighborhood this year because we always miss going with our neighbors no matter how hard we rush.
Not a bad idea.
The girls had so much fun with their cousins and their neighborhood is so fun!!!
running from house to house begging for candy and filling their bags to the brim.
Jaida and I stayed with the younger crew.
She was perfectly happy with Calie, Emily and Aiden!
Calie was so sweet and held her hand the whole time.
Jas and I had decided to put on an adult only
Halloween party
at Club Fifield.
It was so fun to see what people came dressed as!
Our winner for best dressed for the night was
"Dog The Bounty Hunter And His Wife".
(AKA Festus and Erin Fox)
show up!
(AKA Chelsea Gharring)
Love the hair!!!
"The Dead Guy"?
Definitely a classic!
Club Fifield wasn't hoppin' as usual. No one really danced. I was a little sad, I must admit. But a whole bunch of us went upstairs and played games instead. A little Foosball, a little pool, a little ping pong and a little air hockey will liven up a party!
Meanwhile... the children went to the Gharrings and completely obliterated their house! I felt so bad! Thank you for taking the wild ones!
It was a great Halloween!
