The last week of school was hectic but fun!
We were able to see Raegan's second grade performance of "Just For Grins".
During 3/4 of the performance though she was sandwhiched inbetween Big Bertha and King Kong... which made viewing Raegan a little tough... until they switched positions!
unfortunately, no picture of Big Bertha and King Kong
She is quite the performer! You can't take your eyes off her because she always smiles, has all the moves and knows all the words.
Raegan also had her second grade talent show... which ofcourse, she HAD to perform! Her and her three friends from her class decided to sing "Come Clean" by Hillary Duff. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the music for them so they sang it acapella. I was a little scared for them but they actually did a fabulous job...
especially after watching the rest of the show!
Kylee's class had their annual "Popcorn For Parents" party. The kids put on a small performance in class, parents stuff their face with popcorn and we get to spend time playing games with our kids.
What are we going to do without Mrs. Griffis next year? My girls have had her around since Raegan started Kindergarten! She was the afternoon teacher in Mrs. Lipka's class, so she helped out a ton and then moved to 1st grade, in which she then taught both girls! We love her!
It was a exciting and memorable week! I can't believe how time flies. Next year I will have a 3rd grader, 2nd grader, Preschooler and a baby! Sometimes I want time to freeze while they are still so young and adorable! It makes me sad to see them growing up so fast. It seems like yesterday we moved here and Raegan was 3 years old and Kye was 1 1/2 years old.
