ANOTHER FLOOD...

I think we need a new toilet.

This is the third time our girls bathroom has flooded from our finicky toilet. We have plunged it, snaked it and exiled it.

It's only purpose is purely decoration now.

The water always seems to find it's way out through our "can lit" ceilings, landing on my beautiful, dark, hardwood floors.

We get every towel in the house and mop up the bathroom but there is always leftovers lingering within the woodworks, waiting to shower us from high above.

...as you can see.. water... not so clear...
