GREAT AMERICAN CAMPOUT

This is our second annual 3rd of July Campout

at the Gharrings!

It was a night full of friends and fun!

Tons of families pile into their beautiful and spacious backyard, set up tents, cook up some yummy hot dogs and smores over the firepits and then plant their chairs for the late night movie on the big screen!

This year I did not partake of the sleepover. Jas camped with Kye and Jaida and I took Raegan home. She had a super high fever of 103.9... not to mention I was 7 months pregnant! I had literally just gotten back from Girls Camp and three sleepless nights... I was not about to do it again!

Poor Raegan was so sick. I took her home and knew I had to bring down her fever! So what did I do? What all moms do... I gave her a "tepid" bath! Yes, that's what my momma taught me.

During her bath, Raegan passed out! Totally freaked me out! Watching your child faint is not
a comforting feeling. Luckily I was right there with her! I pulled her head out of the water and sat her up. She immediately woke up dazed and confused, thinking she had fallen asleep.

Her temperature came down but that was just the beginning to a month long battle

It was a blast, once again!
